of every product we formulate and deliver. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, we are here to help.

OUR 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of
delivery. This means you have 14 days after receiving
your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return your item must meet
the following conditions:

The product must be unused and unopened
The product must be in its original packaging
The product must be in the same condition
you received it
You must have proof of purchase or order
confirmation

ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR RETURN OR REFUND

We accept returns and issue refunds for the
following reasons:

Wrong Product Received
If you received a different product from what
you ordered we will arrange an immediate
replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Product
If your product arrived damaged, leaking, or
defective due to manufacturing or shipping,
we will replace or refund the product immediately
upon verification.
Allergic Reaction
If you experience a genuine allergic reaction
to any of our products after conducting a
proper patch test as recommended, please
contact us immediately with photos and a
description of the reaction. We will review
your case and offer a suitable resolution.
Product Not as Described
If the product you received significantly
differs from its description on our website
you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

for a return or refund:

Products that have been opened, used,
or partially consumed
Products returned after 14 days of delivery
Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect
application
Change of mind after opening the product
Dissatisfaction with results due to
inconsistent use of the product
Products purchased on sale or at a
discounted price unless they arrive
damaged or defective
Products without original packaging

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If you believe your order qualifies for a
return or refund follow these steps:

Step 2 — Provide Your Order Details

Step 3 — Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within
2 to 3 business days and notify you of
the outcome via WhatsApp or email.

Step 4 — Ship the Product Back
If your return is approved we will provide
you with return shipping instructions.
Please do not send any product back before
receiving approval from our team.

Step 5 — Receive Your Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned
product we will process your refund or
send your replacement within 3 to 5
business days.

REFUND METHODS

Approved refunds will be processed using
one of the following methods:

Bank Transfer — directly to your
Nigerian bank account
Paystack Refund — back to your
original payment method
Store Credit — added to your
MODSUN account for future purchases

Please note that refunds may take 3 to
7 business days to reflect in your
account depending on your bank.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would prefer to exchange your
product for a different item rather than
receive a refund, we are happy to
accommodate this subject to product
availability.

The fastest way to get an exchange is

the exchange directly.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

If the return is due to our error
such as wrong or damaged product,
MODSUN will cover all return
shipping costs.
If the return is for any other
eligible reason the customer is
responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are
non-refundable unless the return
is due to our error.

SKINCARE RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Please note that skincare results vary
from person to person depending on
skin type, consistency of use, lifestyle,
and other individual factors.

The results timelines stated on our
product pages such as 7 days or 14 days
are based on consistent twice daily use
of the complete product as directed.

Dissatisfaction with results due to
inconsistent use, skipping applications,
or unrealistic expectations does not
qualify for a refund.

We strongly recommend:

Always conducting a patch test before
full use
Following the usage instructions
provided with each product
Using the complete kit as directed
for the full recommended period
Contacting us for skincare advice
before purchasing if you have
specific skin concerns
