Express Delivery

Same Day Delivery
Available in Ibadan only for orders
placed before 12pm on business days

Delivery fees are calculated based on
your location and order weight at
checkout. Below is a general guide:

Within Ibadan

Standard: ₦500 — ₦1,000
Same Day: ₦1,000 — ₦2,000

Lagos and Abuja

Standard: ₦1,500 — ₦2,500
Express: ₦3,000 — ₦4,500

Other Southwest States

Standard: ₦1,500 — ₦2,500

Other States Nationwide

Standard: ₦2,000 — ₦3,500

FREE SHIPPING
Enjoy free standard delivery on all
orders above ₦25,000 nationwide.

HOW YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED

Step 1 — Order Placement
Place your order on our website and
complete payment via Paystack or
bank transfer.

Step 2 — Order Confirmation
You will receive an automatic order
confirmation via email and WhatsApp
within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Step 3 — Order Processing
Your order is carefully picked, quality
checked, and packaged within 24 hours
of payment confirmation.

We do not process orders on Sundays
or Nigerian public holidays.

Step 4 — Dispatch
Your order is handed over to our
logistics partner and you will receive
a dispatch notification with a tracking
number via WhatsApp or email.

Step 5 — Delivery
Your order is delivered to your
provided address. Our delivery
partner will contact you before
arrival.

Once your order is dispatched you will
receive a tracking number via:

registered phone number
Email to your registered
email address

You can use this tracking number to
monitor your delivery status directly
with our logistics partner.

PACKAGING

All MODSUN products are carefully
packaged to ensure they arrive in
perfect condition:

Products are wrapped in protective
bubble wrap or foam padding
Liquid products are sealed to
prevent leakage during transit
All orders are packed in a
branded MODSUN box or bag
Fragile items receive extra
protective packaging

FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Wrong or incomplete address provided
Recipient not available to receive
Phone not reachable by delivery agent

Our logistics partner will attempt
delivery a second time. If the second
attempt also fails the order will be
returned to our facility.

In this case the customer will be
responsible for redelivery fees.

To avoid failed delivery please:

Provide a complete and accurate
delivery address at checkout
Ensure your phone number is correct
and reachable
Be available to receive your order
within the estimated delivery window

DAMAGED ORDERS IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged due
to transit please:

Step 1 — Take clear photos of the
damaged packaging and product
immediately upon receipt

Step 2 — Contact us within 24 hours
of delivery via:

Step 3 — We will review your case
and arrange an immediate replacement
or refund at no cost to you

Please do not dispose of the damaged
product or packaging before contacting

held responsible for failed
deliveries due to incorrect
