ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Are MODSUN products 100% organic?
Yes. Every MODSUN product is formulated
with 100% organic and natural ingredients
sourced from certified organic farms
across Nigeria and beyond. We never use
synthetic fillers, artificial fragrances,
parabens, sulphates, or harmful chemicals
in any of our formulations.
Are your products safe for all skin types?
Yes. All MODSUN products are formulated
to be safe for all skin types including
oily, dry, combination, sensitive,
and normal skin. However we always
recommend conducting a patch test
before full use especially if you
have very sensitive skin.
How do I do a patch test?
Apply a small amount of the product
to the inside of your wrist or behind
your ear. Leave it on for 24 hours
without washing. If you experience
no redness, itching, or irritation
the product is safe for you to use
on your face and body.
Are your products safe for
pregnant women?
Most of our products are safe for
use during pregnancy. However we
always recommend consulting your
doctor or dermatologist before
using any new skincare product
during pregnancy. Our Stretchmark
Solution is specifically formulated
to be safe for pregnant women.
Are your products dermatologist tested?
Yes. All MODSUN products are
dermatologist tested and approved
before being made available for sale.
Do your products contain bleaching
agents or steroids?
No. MODSUN products do not contain
any bleaching agents, hydroquinone,
mercury, or steroids. Our brightening
and whitening results are achieved
through safe organic actives like
Vitamin C, Niacinamide, Turmeric,
and natural AHA exfoliants.
How long do results take?
Results vary by product:

Can men use MODSUN products?
Absolutely. MODSUN products are
formulated for all skin types
and are suitable for both men
and women.
What is the shelf life of
your products?
All MODSUN products have a shelf
life of 12 to 24 months from the
date of manufacture when stored
correctly. Check the bottom of
each product for the expiry date.
How should I store my products?
Store all MODSUN products in a
cool dry place away from direct
sunlight and heat. Keep lids
tightly closed after each use.
Do not store in the bathroom
where humidity can affect
product quality.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

never stored on our website and

Can I pay on delivery?
We currently do not offer pay on
delivery. All orders must be paid
for in full before dispatch.
This ensures we can process and
dispatch your order as quickly
as possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order
after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees depend on your
location and are calculated
at checkout. Enjoy FREE delivery

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver to all 36 states
across Nigeria.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched
you will receive a tracking
number via WhatsApp or email.

What happens if I am not available
to receive my order?
Our delivery agent will contact
you before arrival. If you are
unavailable a second delivery
attempt will be made. Please

What should I do?
Take clear photos of the damaged
product and packaging immediately
and contact us within 24 hours

We will arrange an immediate
replacement at no cost to you.

Opened products are generally
not eligible for return unless

How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed
within 3 to 5 business days

3 to 7 business days to
reflect in your account
depending on your bank.

We recommend using MODSUN

skincare routine for best
results. Mixing with other
brands may affect the
performance of our formulations.
If you want to incorporate

My skin is purging after
starting a new product.
Is this normal?
A mild skin purging phase
lasting 3 to 7 days can be
normal when starting a new
active skincare routine
especially with products
containing AHAs or Vitamin C.
If purging is severe or lasts
longer than 7 days discontinue
use and contact us immediately.
Do I need to use sunscreen
with MODSUN products?
Yes. We strongly recommend
applying sunscreen every
morning when using any
MODSUN brightening or
Vitamin C product. Sun
exposure without SPF can
reverse the brightening
effects and cause further
hyperpigmentation.
